Much is given, much is required...

While 60% of the U. S. population are overweight and increasingly suffer from the side effects of gluttony (diabetes, heart disease, stroke, cancer - all related to obesity), one billion people around the world are starving and going to sleep hungry each night.

This blog tracks the imbalances of global obesity and starvation by comparing and contrasting between the rich and the poor nations while offering up ideas on how to solve both of these immense polar opposite problems together.
